Bill Sewell’s cafés in Cambridge and Hereford were already branded but he needed help bring their disparate graphics into a coherent whole. We designed his three websites to appear as one; although each is a discrete database-driven website, with its own domain name, separate backend login, and editors.
With the stakeholders (and plenty of Bill’s homemade cake), we explored the identity of each café, and of ‘Bill’s Cafés’ as a whole. This led to various marketing products, written and designed for each location.
Although each location has its own personality, there still needed to be a consistent ‘look-and-feel’, because they all share common values. We unified all customer-facing signage and information panels including banners, A-frame boards and a myriad of different infographics inside the cafés.
